We’ll tell you about what we do, how we do it, what it costs (no upfront cost – fee is paid at closing), and what you can expect in the process.  Of course, everything we discuss is completely confidential.  Afterwards, we’ll perform a complimentary valuation,   showing the range of values for your business. We will also do a pre-screening with a lender, to ensure it meets current lending guidelines.
